ADDvise Group AB: Changes in the Board of Directors of ADDvise Group AB – Meg Tivéus and Fredrik Celsing are proposed new members of the board

Meg Tivéus has many years of experience in senior management and Board positions in both the private and public sectors in Sweden and internationally. For the past nine years Meg has been working full time as a member of the board for various companies. She is currently a Board member of Swedish Match AB, Endomines AB, Blomsterfonden and Gotlandsbåten. She is Chairman of Arkitektkopia AB, Solhagagruppen AB, Björn Axén AB, Close AB, Readly AB and Svenskt Kulturarv. Meg has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and she has also studied medicine.

Fredrik Celsing has many years of experience as CEO and board member of both privately owned and publicly listed companies and groups. Fredrik is currently working as President and CEO of Kamic Group AB and Amplex AB. Kamic Group and Amplex are two privately owned engineering groups with combined sales of 2.4 billion SEK and includes some 90 operating companies in 16 countries. Fredrik has a master’s degree in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.

Besides this, the board of directors is proposed to be unchanged. However, Kenneth Lindqvist has informed the committee that he will not stand for re-election at ADDvise Group's Annual General Meeting in 2016.

The Nomination Committee consists of the Attorney Joakim Falkner, Magnus Vahlquist and Kenneth Lindqvist.
