The average price of the purchase was SEK 84.72.
The purchase is motivated by the strong financial development in ADDvise Group AB. The purpose with the purchase is to optimize the capital structure in the group. After the purchase, the nominal amount of ADDvise Group AB’s holding of its own bond correspondences to SEK 450 000.
