ADDvise Group AB’s subsidiary Southern Life Systems Inc (“SLS”) has signed a one-year term agreement with Signature Healthcare Consulting Services, LLC (“SHCS”), a group providing personalized medical services in primary care, specialty care and hospital care. The agreement regards an order of Rosie Connectivity Solution, system for vital signs monitoring, in 110 nursing homes in US worth approximately USD 2 million. The installment includes proprietary hardware, software, and disposable medical supplies. Delivery of the order is planned to take place during Q2 2022.
The global vital signs monitor market was valued at USD 7.59 billion in 2020, growing at a CAGR of 7.94%. From 2021 to 2026 the market is expected to reach USD 11.97 billion by 2026. The rise in demand for vital sign monitors is mainly driven by demographic trends such as a growing elderly population.
